What’s included with my ticket?

Each event can be different.  Please review the description for the event. At minimum, all event tickets include: DJ/Live Music and Dancing, Social Starters, Complimentary Matchmaking Membership and Local Singles within the age range.

Will food and drinks be available?

This varies by event. Please review the description to learn what is included with the ticket. If food and beverage is not included, they will be available for purchase

Can I come alone or bring a friend?

Absolutely! Many of our guests come alone and leave with friends. However, we do offer our You + Single Guy/Girl Friend Ticket that enables you to purchase a ticket with a friend for a slight discount.

What should I wear?

Dress for the venue and the vibe. A good rule of thumb is to dress as you would for a first date at that location. Attire should feel polished yet approachable. If there is a specific dress code or theme, it will be noted on this page. Some BeVisionary events may call for cocktail attire or themed looks. We kindly ask that you please avoid sweats and sneakers.

How does check-in work?

Please have your ticket ready at check-in in either digital or printed form for review. Guests may be asked to show ID for age verification. Once checked in, you will receive a name tag (if desired), a wristband, and a social starter to help break the ice with other guests.

What happens if tickets are sold out?

If tickets sell out before the event date, we encourage you to join the waitlist. You will be notified by email if additional tickets become available.

What happens if my plans change or I get sick?

Accepted Answer

If you need to miss the event, BeVisionary’s return policy allows guests to request a refund 7 days prior to the event. As a one-time courtesy, we may allow you to transfer the ticket to a future event that is of equal or lesser value if you contact us prior to the event.

How do I use a gift card on BeVisionary Events?

Go to bevisionaryevents.com, choose the event you'd like to attend, and select your ticket. At checkout, click "Add gift card", paste your gift card code in the "Redeem a gift card" box, and continue with your purchase.

Question 10

What happens if an event is cancelled?

Accepted Answer

When an event is rescheduled or canceled, you will receive an email notification with the option to request either a full refund or a credit toward a future event of equal or lesser value. To choose your preferred option, simply reply to that email.
