At BeVisionary, we want you to have a positive and enjoyable experience at our events. However, we understand that sometimes situations arise that may require a return or refund. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your options.

Refunds: If you are unable to attend an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we may allow you to transfer or refund your ticket to a future event or transfer it to another individual. Please contact us no longer than 7 days before the event to request a transfer/refund.

Cancellations: In the rare event that we need to cancel an event, we will provide a full refund to all ticket holders. We will also make reasonable efforts to notify you of the cancellation as soon as possible and provide information about future events.

Changes to Events: We reserve the right to make changes to our events, including changes to the date, time, location, or content of the event. In the event of a significant change, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible and provide options for transferring your ticket or receiving a refund.
